The terms that govern the plant training and assessment services provided by Platinum Training & Assessment across Victoria.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Platinum Training & Assessment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all plant training and assessment work carried out by our team across Victoria.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided as honest, competitive estimates based on the scope of work described at the time of enquiry, including the location and quantity of plant or crew involved. Any variation to the agreed scope, including additional machines, operators or site conditions, may result in a revised quote. We will always communicate any cost changes before proceeding.
3. Service Agreements
Work commences only after a written or verbal agreement on the quoted price has been reached. For larger programmes such as fleet risk assessments and multi-site work, a formal agreement and schedule may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be advised on your invoice. For staged programmes, progress payments may be scheduled at agreed milestones.
5. Site Access & Conditions
The client agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including clear space around the plant and equipment to be assessed or the crew to be trained. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Work cancelled after a trainer or assessor has been scheduled or dispatched may incur a reasonable fee to cover committed costs.
7. Scheduling & Availability
We provide reliable on-site service across Victoria, with most jobs booked on within the week. After-hours and weekend callouts may be available by arrangement and may attract an additional fee, which will be disclosed upfront at the time of booking.
8. Turnaround of Documentation
Completed risk assessments, operator tickets, SWMS and test and tag records are turned around within 24 hours of the on-site work being completed, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Changes to These Terms
Platinum Training & Assessment reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page.
